In Octos, open Settings → Integrations and pick the one you use. Each source shows its own steps: sign in to the service, paste a key, or copy an address and a secret into Health Auto Export.

It depends on the source. WHOOP and Suunto tell Octos when new data syncs, intervals.icu is checked about once an hour, and Health Auto Export sends on the schedule you set in it. The guide for each source in the Docs has the details.

Open Settings → Integrations and check the status of the source. If it looks connected but nothing arrives, disconnect it and connect again. Still nothing — write to us with the source name.
